THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NOS.19334, 42938 AND 44274 OF 2017 COMMON ORDER Since the issue involved in these three writ petitions is common, they are also being disposed of by this common order.

Petitioners, who were working as Field Assistant under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGS), were denied the renewal of contract on the allegations of not reaching the prescribed targets. This court in the earlier round of litigation, directed the District Collectors to constitute a three men committee, which shall consider the explanations of the petitioners and submit reports and based on such reports, the District Collectors were directed to take decision in accordance with law, with regard to renewal of service contracts of Field Assistants. Now the grievance of the petitioners is that though they submitted explanations to the three men committee during the year 2016, till date, no orders have been passed. Hence the writ petitions. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy for MGNREGS.

In view of the above facts and circumstances and the submissions of the learned counsel, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petitions are disposed of directing the competent authority to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
