Petitioner had made an application on 19.09.2017 for survey and demarcation of the land owned by him to 4th respondent and asserts that the 4th respondent had not taken any action thereon.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 4th respondent will cause a survey and demarcation as sought by the petitioner within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner. 3.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to cause a survey and demarcation as sought by the petitioner in his application dt.19.09.2017 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
