Learned counsel for petitioner after arguing for sometime, particularly, having regard to nature of prayer made in the writ petition, for the present, does not pursue the cause. However, he seeks liberty to take steps in accordance with law, as and when the situation warrants. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.
