Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.2. With their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.2 in not taking action for removal of the encroachment of road by respondent No.3, as illegal and arbitrary.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the representation dated 09.11.2018, made by the petitioner bringing to the notice of the authorities the encroachments made, to be dealt with in accordance with law. 4.

Learned Standing Counsel would submit that if representation is still pending consideration, the authorities would deal with the same, in accordance with law, at the earliest. 5.

Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to deal with the representation dated 09.11.2018, bringing to the notice of the authorities the alleged encroachments said to have been made by the unofficial respondents, in accordance with law, as early as possible.
