O R D E R

Aggrieved by the action of the respondents in seeking to evict the petitioner from the subject land in an extent of Ac.1-00 in Sy.No.453, Karlapalem village and madal, Guntur District, without following due process of law, the present writ petition is filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this court in similar facts and circumstances in W.P.No.8192 of 2017 dated 24.04.2017 disposed of writ petition directing the respondents not to evict the petitioners therein without following due process of law. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue does not dispute the same.

In view of the same, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to evict the petitioner from the subject land, without following due process of law.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
