HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.41470 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is that he applied for permission to construct a cold storage warehouse to the second respondent and had paid considerable sum to the second respondent and also executed a mortgage in his favour, but permission was not granted. 2.

Petitioner contends that he made applications on 17.6.2017 and on 12.7.2017 to the second respondent to refund the amount paid towards permission to cancel registered mortgage deed bearing No. 1040 of 2017 and cancel registered gift deed dated 21.4.2017 and that the second respondent is not taking any action.

Sri V. Narasimha Goud, appearing for respondents 2 & 4 states that the second respondent will dispose of the said applications within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and communicate its decision to the petitioner.

In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to dispose of the applications dated 17.6.2017 and 12.7.2017 within four weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

As a sequel there to, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
