The arrest and detention of the ship pursuant to the order of this Court, dt. 03.01.2018 is raised with a direction to the official respondents 5 to 7 to release the vehicle forthwith for its free moment. Suit claim, since stated satisfied, F.S. is recorded and the Civil Suit is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this Civil Suit shall stand closed.
