Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Nimmagadda Venkateshwarlu, learned Standing Counsel for 4th respondent.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the lis in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in WP No.39869 of 2017 dated 24.11.2017 and same is not disputed by the learned Standing Counsel for the 4th respondent.

Following the aforesaid order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of directing the respondents not to meddle with the private properties of the petitioners' situated in an extent of 129.37 sq.yds in Door No.8-12-4 and to an extent of 270.83 in Door No.8-12-4, situated at Santhapet South Ward, Lower Tankbund Road, 1st Bit, Vizianagaram, Vizianagaram District, except in accordance with law, if the same is required for public purpose. It is also made clear that if the respondents require the subject properties, they shall follow the due process of law.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this Writ Petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
