THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.39748 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioners have assailed in this Writ Petition proceedings dt.01-11-2017 of the 2nd respondent refusing to entertain an appeal filed by petitioners challenging the order dt.07-06-2017 of the District Registrar.

Learned Government Pleader for Assignment has placed before me proceedings dt.30-11-2017 of the 2nd respondent withdrawing the said letter.

In view of the withdrawal of the impugned letter dt.01-11-2017, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to entertain the appeal filed by petitioners and decide the same in accordance with law within four (04) weeks. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
