CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 12822 OF 2017 O R D E R :
This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner under section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who is A-5 in Crime No. 207 of 2017 of Mangalhat Police Station, Hyderabad district, registered for the offences punishable under section 120-B, 302 read with section 34 of I.P.C.
2. Heard both sides.
3. The counsel for the petitioner/A-5 submits that the other accused were already enlarged on bail. But from the nature of allegations, it is found that it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner/A-5. The petitioner/A-5 shall surrender before the concerned court like the other accused and seek regular bail.
7. In view of the above, this Criminal Petition is dismissed.
8. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
