HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.13891 OF 2018 ORDER:
The petitioners seek to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.171 of 2018 on the file of Kusumanchi Police Station, Khammam District, registered for the offences under Sections 294(b), 506 r/w 34 IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned additional public prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the case has been referred as 'false' and proceedings of ACP, Khammam Rural are awaited.

Recording his submission, this criminal petition is closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
