THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.40170 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioners have filed this Writ Petition assailing the inaction of the respondent in disposing of the case No.LCC/1/2010 on the file of the respondent though a period of almost 7 years has elapsed since the filing of the said LCC. 2.

The Government Pleader for Assignment appearing for respondent states that the respondent will decide the said case after giving notice to petitioners, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, and communicate his decision to the petitioners.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent to decide the said case after giving notice to petitioners, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and communicate his decision to the petitioners. No costs. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
