HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.43380 OF 2017 ORDER:

When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by a learned single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.27308 of 2017, dated 17.08.2017.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for parties and following the judgment, dated 17.08.2017, rendered in W.P.No.27308 of 2017, for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of with the following directions: "The case of the petitioner shall be referred to the Special Court for determination of civil liability, on condition of the petitioner paying 1/4th (one fourth) of the provisionally assessed amount to the respondents, within a period of thirty (30 days). On such payment, the electricity service connection shall be restored to the petitioner."
