This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 24.11.2017 passed in I.A.No.576 of 2017 in O.S.No.59 of 2011 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Avanigadda. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
