THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRI T PETI TI ON No.40710 of 2017 ORDER:

In this writ petition, the submissions and the grievance of the writ petitioners is that despite the complaints, dated 15.07.2017 and 29.07.2017, against the persons, who encroached upon the road in an approved lay out under the name and style M/s.Neeraja Co-operative Housing Society Private Limited in Survey No.148/1 of Neeraja Colony, Tolichowki, Hyderabad, no action is being taken by the respondents against such encroachers and for removal of the encroachments made on the public roads.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that if a direction is given to the respondents to consider and dispose of the representations of the petitioners, the ends of justice would be met and the grievance would be redressed.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3 endorses the said submission.

Recording the submissions, the writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider and dispose of the representations, dated 15.07.2017 and 29.07.2017 of the petitioners, and take appropriate action, if necessary, within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken thereon to the petitioners within a week thereafter.
