In view of the orders passed in Civil Revision Petition No.6303 of 2018 dt.06.03.2019, upholding the order dt.14.09.2018 passed in I.A.No.514 of 2018 in O.S.No.1889 of 2013 striking off the defence of petitioner, I.A.S.R.No.6426 of 2018 in O.S.No.1889 of 2013, I.A.S.R.No.6425 of in O.S.No.1889 of and I.A.S.R.No.6425 of 2018 in O.S.No.1889 of 2013 are not maintainable.

Therefore Civil Revision Petition Nos.7721, 7727 and 7728 of 2018 are also dismissed. No order as to costs. 3.
