Petitioner's grievance is that, though he made an application on 13.04.2017 to respondent No.3 for demarcating his land after paying requisite fee, respondent No.3 had not taken any action thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states tat respondent No.3 will take further action on the application of the petitioner within six weeks after giving notice to all the affected parties. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to consider petitioner's application dated 13.04.2017 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving notice to all the affected parties.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
