On the last date of hearing, learned counsel for the respondent/wife sought time to obtain instructions from his client in respect of the compromise that the other side had stated had been arrived between the parties. Today, he states that he has obtained instructions from his client that the parties have arrived at a settlement in terms of Memorandum of Compromise dated 02.07.2021 and therefore, he has no objection to the present appeal being disposed of. 2.
For the reasons stated above, I.A.No.1 of 2021 is allowed and disposed of. The Memorandum of Compromise dated 02.07.2021, is taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid development, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present appeal, which is disposed of along with the pending applications, if any.
