Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

This Court has considered similar issue in W.P.No.4838 of 2011 and allowed the same by order dated 17.06.2015. 3.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Irrigation, submits that against the orders in the above writ petitions, W.A.Nos.1323 of 2016 and batch, were filed and the said writ appeals were dismissed, granting liberty to the appellants to file review petitions and review petitions were filed. 4.

In view of the same, following the order issued in W.P.No.4838 of 2011, which has been confirmed in W.A.No.1323 of 2016 and batch, this writ petition is allowed in terms of the said order. 5.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
