Petitioners (Accused 2,3,4 in Cr.No.1023/2017 of Jagathgirigutta, Cyberabad, R.R.Dist) AND The State of Telangana, SHO, Jagathgirigutta Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District, rep. by Public Prosecutor, High Court at Hyderabad, for the State of Telangana. Respondent Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to direct the release of the Petitioners on bail in the event of their arrest pending investigation, inquiry and trail in connection with Crime No. 1023 of 2017 on the file of SHO, Jagathgirigutta Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District.

The Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri K.Chaitanya, Advocate for the Petitioners and of the Addl. Public Prosecutor (TG) for the Respondent, the Court made the following ORDER:

" This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners-A2 to A4 for the offences alleged under Sections 498-A, 324, 506 IPC and 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners-A2 to A4, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State and perused the record. 3.

In the course of submissions made by both sides and as per the material placed on record, the allegation against the petitioners-A2 to A4 is that they have supported A1 with regard to the commission of the alleged offences. The petitioners-A2 to A4 are living at different places. A1 and his wife (de facto complainant) lived in Allwyn colony, Kukatpally, Hyderabad. Further, the petitioner-A4 is the father of A1, who is a resident of Mokhasa Narasanna Palem, Nuzvid Mandal, Krishna District. It is also submitted that the petitioners-A2 and A3 have their employment and they have nothing to do with the family affairs of A1.

Having regard to the nature of allegations and the material collected so far, the petitioners-A2 to A4 can be granted bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. 5.

In the result, the Criminal Petition is allowed directing the petitioners-A2 to A4 to surrender before the Station House Officer, Jagathgirigutta Police Station, Cyberabad District, within 15 days from the date of this order. On such surrender, the said S.H.O. shall release the petitioners-A2 to A4 on bail, on each of them executing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each in a like sum to his satisfaction. On release, the petitioners-A2 to A4 shall abide by the conditions mentioned under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. The petitioners-A2 to A4 shall attend before the S.H.O. concerned on every Sunday between 10.00 A.M. and 11.00 A.M. till filing of charge sheet."
