Sri Reddy Venkata Ramana, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition, with liberty to file Criminal Revision Case as the order is an intermediate order passed by granting interim maintenance in a Maintenance Case by the Court below.

Permission is accorded, and, accordingly the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty as sought for. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
