The grievance of the petitioner is that he entered into an agreement of sale in relation to land admeasuring Ac.1-50 cents situated in R.S.No.613/3, Devarapalli Village, West Godavari District with Smt.Mullapudi Sitalakshmi on 07-01-1999, but she refused to execute a sale deed for the same. On that the petitioner filed O.S.No.40 of 2000 against said Sitalakshmi on the file of Senior Civil Judge's Court, Kovvur for specific performance of agreement of sale and the same was decreed in his favour. Pursuant thereto, the petitioner filed EP.No.57 of 2008 in O.S.No.40 of 2000 seeking execution of the decree and in pursuant to the orders passed by the Executing Court, a sale deed dated 23-10-2009 was executed in favour of the petitioner and property was delivered to the petitioner. Thereafter, the petitioner made several representations i.e.

on 20-02-2014, 11-06-2014, 06-04-2016, 15-09-2016, 26-02-2018 and 03-07-2018 to the respondents for issuance of title deed and pattadar passbook and for mutation of his name in revenue records. As the same are not being disposed of, the present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, the competent authority is directed to consider the applications of the petitioner in accordance with law and take action

accordingly, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 28-12-2018 Nvl
