This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.128 of 2018 of Sangareddy Rural Police Station, Sangareddy, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 read with 380 I.P.C. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 2nd respondent-State.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that charge sheet is filed in the aforesaid crime against accused No.2, wherein it is shown that this petitioner is an accused. The Station House Officer concerned has resorted to file supplementary charge sheet against this petitioner. 4.

Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. The petitioner has to agitate his grievance challenging the main charge sheet and also the supplementary charge sheet.

With these observations, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
