THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.44044 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not issuing pattadar passbooks and title deeds in respect of land to an extent of Ac.1.13 guntas in Survey No.247/A-1, situated at Nidamanuru Village and Mandal, Nalgonda District. 2.

When the Writ Petition is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader produced before this Court the order passed by the Tahsildar on 07.10.2017 rejecting the request of the petitioner in respect of the above land.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition has become infructuous and it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings, in accordance with law against the said order, dated 07.10.2017.
