THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.42207 OF 2017 ORDER:

Petitioners'

grievance is that the petitioners gave representations on 22.12.2016, 13.11.2017 and 06.12.2017 to respondents 2 and 3 for implementation of Land Purchase Scheme and that respondents 2 and 3 have not passed any orders thereof. Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents 1, 2 and 4, states that respondents 2 and 3 will consider the said representations within six weeks and communicate the decision to the petitioners.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of directing respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioners' representations dated 22.12.2016, 13.11.2017 and 06.12.2017, pass orders thereof within six

(6) weeks and communicate the decision to the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
