THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.40054 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner was initially appointed as TGT on contract basis in the year 2001 and her services were regularized with effect from 01.10.2007. She was promoted as PGT in the year 2015. After completion of six months as PGT she was posted to A.P.Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society, Gundlakunta/ Jammalamadugu of YSR Kadapa District as Incharge Principal on deputation basis. While so, she was placed under suspension by proceedings dated 22.01.2016 by the second respondent and it ultimately resulted in her removal from service after conducting enquiry by proceedings dated 23.08.2017. Against the same, the petitioner preferred an appeal to the first respondent on 11.10.2017 and when the same was not disposed of, the present Writ Petition is filed.

Since the petitioner's appeal is pending before the first respondent, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition challenging the order dated 23.08.2017. In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider the appeal of the petitioner dated 11.10.2017 preferred against the order dated 23.08.2017 passed by the second respondent and dispose of the same in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, but not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
