Sri N. Siva Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner has circulated the letter dated 26.02.2018 to the Registry to list the Writ Petition under the caption 'for withdrawal', as the relief sought for has already been obtained by the petitioner from the District collector. Hence, it is taken up today. The learned counsel is permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition and it is accordingly, dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the interim order dated 22.12.2017 shall automatically stand dissolved.
