On 07.02.2017 the Tahsildar, Ramadundam Mandal, issued a Family Member Certificate and the same was challenged in W.P.No.27195 of 2017. This Court by order dated 16.08.2017 in WP.MP.No.33783 of 2017 in W.P.No.27195 of 2017 granted interim suspension as prayed for. While so, on 23.10.2017 the Tahsildar, Manthani Mandal, Peddapalli District, granted succession for the land situated in Gunjapadugu Village, Manthani Mandal, Karimnagar District, as shown in the schedule. Alleging that the same amounts to violation of orders of this Court, this contempt is filed.

It is seen from the record that the Family Member Certificate dated 07.02.2017 was issued by the Tahsildar, Ramagundam Mandal, and the same was suspended, whereas, the succession proceedings dated 23.10.2017 was issued by the Tahsildar, Manthani Mandal. From the reading of the said proceedings it is seen that notices were served on all the parties and parties appeared before the Tahsildar. Be that as it may, as the order dated
- 3 - 23.10.2017 was passed by Tahsildar, Manthani Mandal, and there was no reference to the Family Member Certificate dated 07.02.2017 issued by the Tahsildar, Ramagundam Mandal while considering the claim and issuing orders dated 23.10.2017, no contempt is made out.
