This Criminal Petition, under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ A.5, for grant of bail in S.C.No.102 of 2018 on the file of I Additional District & Sessions Judge, Sangareddy, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 22, 25, 28 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ A.5, the learned Special Public Prosecutor for Directorate of Revenue Intelligence representing the respondent and perused the record. 3 .

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Special Public Prosecutor for Directorate of Revenue Intelligence representing the respondent that the earlier bail application of the petitioner/ A.5 was dismissed by this Court, vide order, dated 10.12.2018, passed in Criminal Petition No.12412 of 2018. No change of circumstances from the date of dismissal of earlier bail applications are brought to the notice of this Court to consider this bail application.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
