THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.42863 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for the following relief: "..........writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in illegally locking one portion on the 2nd floor of the house premises bearing Municipal No.22-6930/A (Old No.22-6-930) consisting of ground floor, first floor and second floor totally admeasuring 240 sq.yards equivalent to 201.6 sq.meters situated at Panjeshah, Hyderabad as illegal, arbitrary......"

After the writ petition is filed, Mr.Vamsheedhar Reddy on instructions submits that the complaint canvassed in the writ petition is substantially answered.

The Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that respondents are not interfering in civil dispute. She further submits that the presence of petitioner, if is required, in any case, respondents will follow the procedure and then summon the petitioner.

The statement is placed on record.

Writ petition is accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
