ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the 4th respondent in not allotting stocks to the petitioner's fair price shop No.84, Kalluru Village, Kurnool Urban, Kurnool District, as arbitrary and illegal.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though his authorization is valid and subsisting as on date, the respondentauthorities are not supplying the stocks to his fair price shop. In view of the same, the respondent-authorities are directed to supply stocks to the petitioner's fair price shop so long as his authorization is valid and subsisting. However, this order will not preclude the respondent-authorities from taking any action and passing appropriate orders, in accordance with law.
