Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 and Sri V.Narsimha Goud, learned counsel for 3rd respondent. 2.

Petitioner had applied on 16-09-2017 to 2nd respondent for grant of NOC as directed by 3rd respondent to him in proceedings dt.03-08-2017. Petitioner contends that 2nd respondent has not passed any orders thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 2nd respondent will dispose of the said application within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to decide the petitioner's application within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
