Crl.P.M.P.Nos. 13713 and 13712 of 2017 These two Petitions are filed under Section 320(2) and 320(6) Cr.P.C. seeking leave of this Court to compound the offences punishable under Sections 143, 447, 427, 323, 506 r/ w 149 IPC and to record compromise in Cr.No.50 of 2017 on the file of Pedanandipadu Police Station, Pedanandipadu, Guntur District as the matter is settled as they entered into compromise outside of the Court due to invention of elders. De facto complaint and the petitioners/ accused are present in person and they are identified by their respective counsel and they also produced the copies of Aadhar Cards in proof of their identity. On enquiry, the parties stated that they all related to each other closely and they entered into compromise outside the Court due to intervention of elders and well-wishers and they intend to lead peaceful life.

In the above circumstances, these two Petitions are ordered permitting the parties to compound the said offences to record compromise.

Crl.P.No.12353 of 2017 In view of the orders passed in Crl.P.M.P.Nos. 13713 and 13712 of 2017, the present Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in Cr.No.50 of 2017 on the file of Pedanandipadu Police Station,

Pedanandipadu, Guntur District, are quashed. The Registry is directed to annex a copy of the joint memo to this order. Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand dismissed.
