HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.42995 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondents in not granting approval for building plan vide application, dated 02.12.2016, for establishment of industrial unit in plot No.17B, IDA, Phase-I, Patancheru, Sanga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri L. Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited, appearing for the respondents.

3. The only grievance of the petitioner is that though it made an application on 02.12.2016 along with necessary plan and paid necessary fee to respondent No.2, the same is not yet disposed of.

4. In view of the same, respondent No.2 is directed to consider the application, dated 02.12.2016, of the petitioner and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. __________________________ A. RAJASHEKER REDDY, J December 18, 2017 MD
