HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 47054 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.09.2018 in respect of the construction made by the fourth respondent in the ground floor situated at H.No.12-2-416/ 64, Ushodaya Colony, Gudimalkapur, Hyderabad and consequently direct the authorities to take appropriate action for demolishing the said illegal construction.

2) Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider his representation dated 27.09.2018.

3) The learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3 would submit that if the said representation is still pending consideration, the authorities may be directed to consider the said representation in accordance with law.

4) Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to deal with the representation dated 27.09.2018, in accordance with

law, at the earliest, if the same is made and still pending consideration. No order as to costs.

5) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
