THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.40381 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had preferred Revision Petition No.11804 of 2016 before the 2nd respondent challenging the proceedings dt.11-08-2016 of the 3rd respondent and that the 2nd respondent is not disposing of the same.

Learned Government Pleader for Assignment appearing for respondents states that 2nd respondent will dispose of the said Revision petition within two (02) months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the Revision petition field by petitioner within two (02) months from the date of receipt of copy of the order and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
