Today, when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the orders of this Court dated 8.10.2018 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.35976 of 2018 have been complied with and no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.

Recording the same, the contempt case is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
