HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 39938 of 2017 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent in not allowing the petitioner to attend to his duties as per his representation dated 17.11.2017.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner was placed under suspension by proceedings dated 18.11.2017 and hence he was not taken into service, though he submitted a representation on 17.11.2017. In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, this order would not disentitle the petitioner from taking appropriate proceedings against the order of suspension, if he is so advised. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
