Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Assignment appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioners grievance is that they submitted a representation on 16.10.2017 before the 2nd respondent for assigning the subject lands to them and no orders are passed by the 2nd respondent on the said representation.

Learned Government Pleader for Assignment appearing for the respondents submits that the 2nd respondent will consider the representation dated 16.10.2017 submitted by the petitioners within a period of six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioners.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation dated 16.10.2017 submitted by the petitioners within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
