This transfer petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC seeking to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.78 of 2017 from the file of Family Court, East Godavari District at Rajahmundry and transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Visakhaptnam. 2.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 23.8.2018; therefore, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Even though the matter is listed today under the caption 'For Dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.
