THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.42661 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents 1 to 3. 2.

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner is impleaded as respondent in appeal pending before the 1st respondent and it was filed by the 4th respondent, and that the 1st respondent is not deciding the same, though counter affidavit has been filed by the petitioner opposing grant of relief to the 4th respondent in the said appeal.

Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that 1st respondent will decide the appeal within six weeks.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to decide the said appeal preferred by the 4th respondent, which is pending before the 1st respondent, after hearing both the petitioner and the 4th respondent, within six weeks from date of receipt of copy of the order. 5.
