THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.42542 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioners' grievance is that petitioners had applied for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of the subject property to 4th respondent on 16-11-2017 and the 4th respondent is not taking any action thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 4th respondent will decide the said application within four (04) weeks and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to decide the application of petitioners dt.16-11-2017 within four (04) weeks and communicate his decision thereon to petitioners. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
