ORDER:

Petitioner is a Fair Price Shop Dealer for the shop No.0982082 of Chandramouli Nagar, Nellore district. He is aggrieved by the denial of supply of essential commodities. 2.

According to the learned Government Pleader, show-cause notice was already issued under the provisions of A.P. State Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2018 and the issue is pending consideration.

However, according to the instructions furnished to the learned Government, so far the dealership authorization is neither suspended nor cancelled. That being so, without prejudice to the respondents taking any action as warranted by law, as long as authorization is not suspended or cancelled, the essential commodities shall be supplied to the petitioner's fair price shop. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
