This Civil Revision Petition is filed against Order, dated 23.11.2017, in IA.No.650 of 2017 in OS.No.123 of 2008 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Bheemunipatnam, Visakhapatnam District.

After arguing the case, Mr.G.Rama Gopal, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition with liberty to his client to file a separate Application for recalling Order, dated 10-10-2017, in IA.No.290 of 2016.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP.No.9013 of 2017, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is dismissed as infructuous.
