THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.13917 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C), is filed by the petitioner/Accused, for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.298 of 2018 of Kakatiya University Police Station, Warangal Commissionerate, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471 and 470 IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/Accused, the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State and perused the record.

This Court was pleased to dismiss the bail application of accused Nos.1 to vide order, dated 26.12.2018, in Crl.P.No.13493 of 2018. The name of the petitioner finds place in the report lodged with the police. This petitioner is also on par with accused Nos.1 to 3. The allegations are specific and grave with regard to issuance of fraud and bogus appointment letters. The gravity of offence is high. Therefore, the petitioner is also not entitled for bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
