This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 08.11.2017 in I.A.No.1519 of 2017 in O.S.No.377 of 2010 on the file of the Court of the III Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kadapa. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
