This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of orders passed by this court in WPMP.No.40648 of 2017 in WP.No.32688 of 2017, dated 03-10-2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order passed by this Court in the writ petition has been complied with and the respondent issued memo dated 31-122019 to that effect and says that no further orders are required.

Recording the same, the Contempt Case is closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
