Heard Sri Rudresh Deshpande holding for Sri G.Tuhin Kumar and the Assistant Government Pleader for Home. The petitioners pray for the following relief :- " .......to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 4 herein in interfering with the property of the petitioners to an extent of Ac.00.02 cents in Sy.No.175/ 8, situated at Donthukurru village, Katrinikona Mandal, East Godavari District, at the instance of unofficial respondents 5 to 7 is illegal, arbitrary, untenable, amounting to interference with civil dispute and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300 A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 not to interfere with the property of the petitioners to an extent of Ac.0.02 cents in Sy.No.175/ 8, situated at Donthukurru village, Katrinikona Mandal, East Godavari District ...." .

Learned Assistant Government Pleader (Home) submits that respondents 2 to 4, at the instance of respondents 5 to 7, are not interfering with the property of an extent of Ac.0-02 cents in Sy.No.175/ 8 situated at Donthukurru Village, Katrinikona Mandal, East Godavari District, as alleged by the petitioners. By placing the above statement on record, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. _____________ S. V.
