The limited grievance of the petitioner-Fishermen Cooperative Society, Miryalaguda in this writ petition is, respondent Nos.2 and 4 are not considering its representation, dated 02.08.2018, for permission to catch the fish for the year 2018-19.

From a perusal of the aforesaid representation, it is not clear as to the period for which the petitioner was granted lease. However, considering the nature of relief, which the petitioner is seeking, without expressing any opinion with regard to the rights of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent Nos.4 and 5 to give appropriate response to the petitioner's representation, dated 02.08.2018, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
