It is the case of the petitioners that they made a representation on 06-11-2018 for grant of house site pattas to the members of 1st petitioner-society and other petitioenrs and basing on their representation, the Tahsildar, Bheemunipatnam submitted a report dated 08-10-2018 stating availability of land. As no action has been taken, present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the competent authority is directed to consider the representation made by the petitioners on 06-11-2018 in terms of report dated 08-10-2018 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take action accordingly. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
